Part of my job is watching and quality checking advertisements before they go out for broadcast.
I just saw yet another in a long string of ads bashing Obama (I think the Republicans are the only ones advertising). But this one bothered me; not because it was against Obama, but because someone felt “betrayed” by Obama’s current stance on Israel.
Really, dude? You’re just butthurt that he wasn’t kissing their asses and riding in on a white horse ready to kick ass because they want to pick another fight with their neighbors.
Assholes.
Addendum:
The only reason some of these assholes so vociferously support Israel is not out of fine motives, but their eschatalogical belief in the Jews being necessary sacrifices for the purposes of starting Armageddon.
And there are people in high levels of government that believe this.
Let that sink in for a moment.
